Philosophy of Care

Each resident has a Personal Care Plan that not only identifies medical needs, but also includes details such as personal likes and dislikes and how residents prefer to be addressed.

Care plans are based on individual assessments which involve the resident and their family and are formally reviewed and updated regularly.

Individual preferences are that basis of life at Atholl House and residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms if they wish.
