Management:
Atholl House Medical Nursing Home has two Managers;
- Registered General Nurse Manager
- General Manager
Managers take time to get to know all the residents. Walks around the home are completed to ensure high standards of care are occurring, and that residents’ needs are maintained.
Families may speak to the Managers at any time.
Care Staff:
Atholl provides a well-qualified care team who have considerate personalities along with knowledge, experience, and skills.
All care staff at Atholl have obtained an NVQ Level 2 or above in care. Along with this staff receive appropriate training to meet the needs of residents.
Mandatory annual updates ensure there are safe practices, as well as regular supervisions to ensure development/training is ongoing.
Employed staff are DBS checked prior to employment.
