Management & Staff
Atholl House Medical Nursing Home is managed by two Manager’s; one is a Registered General/Mental Nurse, and the other is the General Manager. Atholl also has a Clinical Lead who works alongside the Registered Manager.
The Manager’s take time and consideration to get to know all Residents and their needs, they often do ‘walk abouts’ the home to ensure that high standards of care are delivered and to ensure that Residents needs are maintained.
Families are welcome to speak to the Manager’s at any time.
We have a well qualified team who are chosen for their caring personalities as well as their knowledge, experience and skills. Staff are receive appropriate training to meet the needs of our service users and have mandatory annual updates to ensure that safe practice is maintained. All the care assistants have attained an NVQ in care and attend regular supervision to ensure that their training and development is ongoing.
All staff have a DBS check prior to employment.
